Español: Parece que lo de la votación no tuvo demasiado éxito... pero en fin,c on 2 votos salió LIAUSOFS (muy largo el título, lo sé! jaja, pero en fin... lo primero es lo primero: la oración del título, no es mía. La encontré un día por casualidad, creo que es el título de un libro de Stephen King... y después buscando en Google, me encontré con que es una quote bastante conocida. Así que en fin... El punto es: no es mía. Solo para dejarlo claro.

Si les digo como empecé esta canción, ¿Me prometen que no se rien? Es que es bastante cómico. ¿Nunca se cruzaron con ese jueguito en Facebook que tenés que hacer la "caratula" de tu "primer CD"? Bueno, un día aburrida, lo hice, y este fue el resultado:

Así que en fin... me pareció interesante, y decidí escribir el que sería el primer "single" de mi "primer CD". Nunca había hecho algo así: siempre compuse por alguna experiencia, no solo por el simple hecho de escribir. Pero creo que fue como una prueba hacia mi misma. No fue una canción fácil, y definitivamente no se escribió sola. Pero la verdad: estoy bastante conforme con el resultado. Igualmente, sé que le faltan retoques, cada vez que la leo le cambio algo.

Y esta si tiene ritmo. Las canciones que subí antes (Thank You y How Can It Be) todavía no tienen, pero espero algún día poder ponerles. Y también espero encontrar la manera de que ustedes puedan escucharlas... estoy trabajando en eso.

Para cerrar: no tengo ni idea de que va a ser la próxima que suba. Pero como lo de la votación no salió del todo bien (hubo solo 4 votos :S) supongo que consultaré con mis amigas. Ya saben: un comentario (5 minutos de su vida) pueden hacerme inmensamente feliz, o ayudarme muchísimo a mejorar, así que no duden en comentar. ¡Muchas gracias!


English: It looks like the vote thing didn't succed... but well, with 2 votes, it won LIAUSOFS (long title, I know! lol). First of all: the sentence of the title isn't mine. I found it by chance, I think it's the title of a Stephen King's book... and then I found in Google that it's a pretty well-known quote. So, the point is: it's not mine. Just to keep things clear.

If I tell you why I started this song, will you promise not to laugh at me? It's pretty funny, in fact. Haven't you found thos games on Facebook, where you have to do your "first album cover"? Well, one day I did it, and I got the image you can see above.

So welll... I found it interesting, and I decided that it would be the first single of my first CD. I've never done this before: I'd always written for some exprerience, not just for writing. But it was like a chalenge to myself. It wasn't an easy song, and it didn't write itself. But, in fact: I'm happy with the result. I still have to change some things, each time I read it, I change something.

This one has a rhythm. The other songs (Thank You y How Can It Be) don't have one yet, but I'm one it. And I'd really love to find a way so you guys can listen to them... I'm working on it.

To finish with this: I have no idea which song I'll be posting next. But votings didn't work out (just 4 votes :S) I guess I'll just ask for my friends opinions. You already know: a comment (5 minutes of your life) can make me really happy, or help me to improve, so please, leave one. Thank you!

Ah, y antes de que me olvide, respondo dos preguntas: escribo mis canciones en inglés por el simple hecho de que amo ese idioma y, a mi parecer, todo suena más lindo en inglés. Voy a proponerme a hacer algo en español, pero no prometo nada. Y lamentablemente... no canto. Algunas canciones de las que subo SI tienen ritmo, pero todavía no encontra la forma de que puedan escucharlas. Cuando la encuentre... van a ser las primeras en saber! PS: I'll probably be doing this some times. Music inspires me on writing... and I normally do this "Tracklists". Oh, and before I forget, I'll gotta answer two question: I write my songs in English just beacuse I love that language, and, for me at least, everything sounds better in English. I'll try to something in Spanish, but I can't promise anything! And unfortunately,,, I can't sing. Some songs DO have rhythm, but there's no way you can listen to them yet. When you'll be able... Español: Como les dije en el post anterior, mi idea era subir mi primer canción. Y esta es. Le voy a ser enteramente sincera: no me gusta, para nada. Pero bueno... supongo que por algún lado tenía que empezar, ¿no?
Para ser puntuales: no sé si fue mi primer canción. Creo que de más chica había escrito otras... pero las perdí con el tiempo, y, siendo sincera, no tengo ni idea de que puedo haber llegado a escribir. Así que esta es mi primer canción guardada. Me acuerdo el día que la escribí... fue tan raro sentarme frente a la PC, abrir el Word y tocar la opción "Centrar" en el parrafo. Estaba acostumbrada a escribir historias... no canciones. Pero, actualmente, me descargo muchísimo más con una canción que con una historia, y me causa mucha más satisfacción.
¿Qué me inspiró a escribir esta canción? Bueno, eso es evidente: mi eterno amor platónico.
Así que en fin... ya conocen mis comienzos. La próxima canción que suba va a ser de las más actuales... ¿Qué título les llama más la atención?

English: As I told you, I wanted to upload my very first song. And this is it. I'll be extremely sincere: I don't like it at all. But, I guess you've got to start with something, don't you?
To be real: I'm not sure if this was my very first song. I think I wrote some when I was a kid... but I lost them, and I have no idea what I could've written. So this is my first saved song. I remember the day I wrote it... it was so weird, sit in front of the PC, open the Microsoft Word and starting to write with the paragraph centered. I'm so used to write stories, not songs. But, nowadays, it's better a song than a story to express my feelings, and I feel better when I finish it.
What inspired me to write this song? Obviously: my eternal crush.

Español: Les dije: voy a subir mis canciones en MUY breve, jaja. En fin... pensé mucho con que canción empezar, pero no me costó demasiado decidir. Creo que esta es la canción más importante que escribí -aunque, a mi criterio, no la mejor. La escribí hace más de un año, aproximadamente en Mayo del 2008... y bueno, si me conocen, es más que obvio a quien se la dirigí. Pero si no me conocen: está dirigida a mi ídolo, mi inspiración, la razón por la cual empecé a escribir: Nicholas Jerry Jonas. Necesitaba una forma de agradecerle, de expresarle el cambio que hizo en mi vida.... y bueno, aunque él todavía no la leyó -intenté de varias formas, en realidad, no sé si la leyó o no, porque en su concierto en Argentina la pegué a un afiche y se la tiré... pero dudo que le haya llegado- fue mi descargue. La terminé, un año después, el 19 de Mayo del 2009, antes de imprimirla para llevarla al concierto. Espero algún día lograr que la lea... aunque sé que es medio imposible, de verdad me gustaría :)
Tengo otras 22 canciones para subir, y me cuesta un poco elegir. Aunque, ¿saben qué? Creo que la próxima va a ser mi primera canción, asó ven mis comienzos. A partir de ahí, voy a hacer votacones para que elijan, por el título, cual les interesa leer primero.

English: Told ya: I'm gonna post my songs VERY soon, lol. So... I think a lot about with what song I should start, but it was easy to decide. I think this is the most important song I've ever wrote -but not the best, for me at least. I wrote more than a year ago, like in May of 2008... and well, if you know me, it's pretty obvious who I dedicated to. But if you don't: it's for my idol, my inspiration, the reason why I started writing: Nicholas Jerry Jonas. I needed a way to thank him, to express the change he did in my life... and, even though he still hasn't read it -I tried, I really don't know if he actually read it, cause I through it to him in the concert in Argentina... but I doubt it- it was my way of expressing myself. Por si no me conocen, mi nombre es Luz. Amo escribir y componer, y en este Blog voy a subir cualquier cosa que escriba: ya sean novelas, proyectos de novelas, canciones, o cualquier cosa que se me ocurra. Espero que sea de su agrado :)

Soy una apasionada de la música. Me volví fanática empezando con, en mi opinión, la mejor banda de todos los tiempos: The Beatles. Por muchos añ€os consideré que solo ellos habían hecho buena música.. hasta que una banda me cambió la vida: Jonas Brothers. Me abrieron la cabeza completamente en cuanto a la música, y desde ahí, empecé a seguir a bandas y cantantes más actuales como a Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, McFly, Mitchel Musso, Paramore, entre otras.

Además, estos tres hermanos me inspiraron a escribir una novela, basada en mi sueño de conocerlos: Crazy Kinda Crush On You. Probablemente empiece a subirla acá, sino pueden encontrarla en mi Fotolog.

Además, amo leer. Mi saga favorita es la de Crepúsculo, y la de Harry Potter - sin dudas dos sagas que me marcaron muchísimo. Otros libros que leí y amé son El Ticket de tu Vida, El Alquimista, Cumbres Borrascosas, entre otros. Actualmente estoy intentando leer Entrevista con el Vampiro, pero me está costando por falta de tiempo.

For those who don't know me, my name is Luz. I love to write and compose, and in this Blog I'm gonna post anything I'll write: fanfictions, proyects, songs, and whatever comes to my mind. I hope you like it!

I'm a music lover. I became a fan starting with, in my opinion, the best band of all times: The Beatles. For lots of years I considered they were the only good musicians in the world... until a band changed my life: Jonas Brothers. The opened up my mind completely regarding music, and from that moment, I stared to follow another bands and singers like Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, McFly, Mitchel Musso, Pararmore, and a lot more.

I also love to read. My favorite safa is Twilight and Harry Potter - they really inspired me on writing. Other books I love are: The Ticket of Your Life, The Alchemist, Wuthering Heighs, and more. I'm currently trying to read Interview With The Vampire, but I can't finish it cause I don't have plenty of time.
